ELECTRONIC SECURITY

More than installing cameras: we protect your operation.

At TESERCOM we develop comprehensive electronic security and video surveillance solutions for industrial facilities, energy infrastructure, corporate complexes and logistics operations.

Our experience in telecommunications, data networks, fiber optics and technology infrastructure lets us approach every project as a whole: video surveillance, connectivity, power backup and specialized support. More than 15 years delivering high-level services in the telecommunications, technology and IoT industry.

Our solutions.

Six service areas that integrate with one another and with TESERCOM’s other services.

IP video surveillance (CCTV)

Design, supply, installation, configuration and maintenance of IP systems: fixed, PTZ and multi-sensor cameras, NVR/VMS recording, local monitoring and secure remote access.

Centralized monitoring and supervision

Management of cameras, recordings, events and devices through local or remote monitoring systems, with operator stations and recording policies.

Access control and integration

Controllers, readers, credentials, locks and vehicle barriers, with events correlated with video according to the needs of each facility.

Communications infrastructure for security

Fiber optics, radio links, structured cabling, switching, PoE, VLAN, UPS and cabinets to interconnect security devices and platforms.

Maintenance, modernization and support

Diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance, migration of analog systems to IP and support plans tailored to each client.

ENERGY AND RENEWABLES

Extensive perimeters, protected and connected.

At substations, solar parks and wind farms we combine perimeter detection, cameras at critical points and fiber optic or radio links back to the control center.

Sectors we serve.

The same engineering, adapted to the risk and the operation of each facility.

  • Substations and power plants
  • Solar parks and wind farms
  • Industry and mining
  • Airports, logistics and distribution
  • Corporate and commercial buildings
  • Data centers and IT infrastructure

How we carry out every project.

Seven stages, from the technical visit to maintenance.

  1. Technical survey

Inspection, threats, available infrastructure and operational needs.

  2. Engineering and design

Drawings, device locations, coverage, storage, communications and power.

  3. Technical proposal

Scope, materials, exclusions, schedule, warranties and acceptance criteria.

  4. Implementation

Conduits, cabling, mounting, IP network, integration and quality supervision.

  5. Testing and commissioning

Views, recording, retention, alarms, network, UPS and access verified.

  6. Documented handover

As-built drawings, inventory, manuals, test results and acceptance certificate.

  7. Maintenance

Preventive maintenance plan, corrective maintenance, reports and incident management.

SOLUTION EXAMPLE

Logistics center with offices: one system.

This is how we combine our services in a typical facility. It is an example of scope, not a specific project.

  • IP CCTV
Cameras at entrances and loading docks, in the warehouse and in offices.
  • Access control
Vehicle barrier and readers for staff.
  • Communications
Fiber optics and PoE switches between buildings.
  • Monitoring
    Centralized supervision with UPS-backed recording.
  • Voice and radio
VoIP telephony in offices and UHF radio in the yard.
  • Support
Preventive maintenance with a support plan.

Responsible engineering. Technology integration. Operational continuity.

A security system must respond to real operational needs. That is why we propose technically sound, adaptable solutions backed by professional management throughout their implementation and maintenance.

Frequently asked questions about the service.

What is the difference between CCTV and perimeter security?

CCTV lets you view and record activity. Perimeter security aims to detect a possible intrusion at the boundaries of a facility using sensors, barriers or video analytics. They can work together: a detection alert can be linked to images so staff can assess the event.

How many days are recordings kept?

There is no single retention period. It depends on the number of cameras, resolution, compression, recording hours and storage capacity. The required period is defined during design, and storage is sized for that goal, with access permissions and a retention policy agreed with the client.

Does the system keep working if the internet or power fails?

Local recording can continue without internet if the cameras, local network and recorder remain operational. Access from outside the facility and notifications may be interrupted. During a power outage, continuity depends on the UPS backup and its runtime; the design must cover all equipment needed for recording and communication.

Can I view cameras from several facilities in one place?

This is possible with compatible equipment and software and links with sufficient capacity. Remote access should use authorized users, permissions and protected connections. The quality and amount of video available depend on bandwidth and the chosen architecture.

How are false alarms reduced outdoors?

Technology and placement are selected to suit the terrain, lighting, vegetation, animals and environmental conditions. Adjusting detection zones, sensitivity and filters, verifying events with video and maintaining the system help reduce false alarms. No system eliminates all false alarms; on-site testing is part of commissioning.

Can existing cameras and cabling be reused?

This depends on their condition and compatibility. The technical assessment reviews cameras, recorders, software, cabling, networking and power to determine what can be kept and what needs upgrading. It also defines the testing, documentation and maintenance included in the proposal, without assuming every existing device can be integrated.
