TESERCOM HELP
Frequently asked questions

Answers about your technology services.
Practical information to prepare a technical assessment, contract services and report incidents for your company.
How do I request a quote?
Use the contact form, call +1 (829) 956-5400 or message us on WhatsApp. For sales inquiries you can also write to ventas@tesercom.com.
What information does the sales team need?
Name, company, contact details, service and location. For telephony, state the users and extensions; for cabling, the points and areas; for IT, the devices or systems and the need.
Where can I find prices and what the service includes?
Request a proposal for your company. The scope, equipment, initial or recurring costs and conditions are confirmed in the proposal. You can explore the specialized offering at Tesercom VoIP (in Spanish) and the equipment at Tesercom Comunicaciones (in Spanish).
How do I report an incident?
Use the ticket portal. Describe the problem, the affected equipment and when it started. Do not send passwords.
How does remote support work?
A session is arranged with a technician. Follow the remote support guide, which explains the steps and how you stay in control of the connection.
Can I keep my phone number?
Ask about transferring your number before signing up. Availability and requirements are assessed for your case; this page does not confirm a transfer.
What are the support hours and response times?
Confirm the coverage and the conditions that apply to your service in the corresponding proposal or agreement.
How do I check the conditions of a purchase or return?
Request the applicable conditions before you buy. If you have already purchased, contact the team with your reference and the details of your request. See the information on exchanges and returns.
Where is TESERCOM?
Av. Winston Churchill No. 95, Piantini, Torre Empresarial Bluemall, 23rd floor, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. For equipment, Tesercom Comunicaciones lists its location at Ave. 27 de Febrero, Edificio Plaza Central, 4th floor. Arrange your visit with the team.
Are extensions and simultaneous calls the same thing?
No. Extensions identify users or devices; simultaneous calls indicate how many conversations the solution supports at once. Each capacity is sized separately.
When is fiber optics the right choice?
When the distances, the capacity or the environment call for an optical link. The choice depends on the route, the equipment and the needs of the network.
Is syncing files the same as having a backup?
Not necessarily. Synchronization replicates changes and deletions; a backup strategy covers versions, retention and recovery.
Are access control and attendance tracking the same thing?
No. An access log is not, by itself, an attendance or payroll system. That need is assessed separately.
