AUTOMATION

A building that responds to how it is used.

Automation connects a building’s systems (lights, air conditioning, doors, cameras, sensors and meters) so they can be controlled from one place and respond to presence, schedules or the conditions of each space.

TESERCOM designs, installs and commissions that control layer and integrates it with the security and IT services it already provides.

CORPORATE

Corporate automation.

For offices, hotels, clinics, retail, institutions and plants: centralized control of building systems, with rules that reduce manual work and make energy use easier to follow.

Climate and lighting

Control of air conditioning and lighting by schedule, presence and daylight, using sensors and control panels.

Access control and security

Readers, doors and cameras that follow the building’s rules and work with TESERCOM CCTV and access control.

Meeting rooms and workspaces

Scenes and panels for each room to adjust light, blinds and ambiance with one touch.

Energy monitoring

Meters and panels to follow consumption by area and spot out-of-hours use.

Centralized supervision

A single control point with alerts to see the state of the systems and act in time.

Telemetry and support integration

Connection with TESERCOM telemetry and 24/7 maintenance and support, as specified in the contracted scope.

Access and spaces

Access, security and meeting rooms working together

Access readers, presence sensors, cameras and each room’s panels are coordinated under the same automation rules.

Climate and energy

Smart control of comfort and consumption

Room panels and sensors let you adjust temperature and lighting and set schedules, and meters let you follow consumption. TESERCOM takes care of the control layer, on top of the equipment your building already has.

RESIDENTIAL

Residential automation.

For houses, apartments and villas: comfort, security and energy control from an app, by voice or with wall panels.

Lighting and scenes

Scenes such as Arrive, Leave or Night, and control of blinds and curtains.

Air-conditioning control

Switch on and adjust air conditioning by schedule, by presence or from your phone.

Locks, video doorbells and cameras

Access, video doorbell, cameras and alarm integrated in one control.

Energy and backup

Consumption monitoring and integration with UPS units, inverters or solar panels, and load management during outages, depending on the installed equipment.

App, voice and panels

Control from your phone, by voice or with wall panels, compatible with common ecosystems depending on the equipment.

Residential

Your home, one touch away

We install and configure the panels, sensors and controllers, define the scenes with you and show you how to use them.

How we work.

Every project follows the same stages, at the scale of the building or the home.

  1. Assessment

We review the space, the existing systems and what you want to control.

  2. Design

We define the devices, scenes, schedules and rules.

  3. Installation

We install sensors, panels and controllers.

  4. Commissioning

We configure, test and adjust the system on site.

  5. Training

We show staff or the family how to use it.

  6. Support

Follow-up support as specified in the contracted scope.

Frequently asked questions: corporate automation

Which building systems can be automated?

Lighting, air conditioning, blinds, access, cameras, presence sensors and energy meters, among others. What can be controlled depends on the building’s equipment and is defined in the assessment.

Does it integrate with my current CCTV or access control?

It may be feasible if the equipment and its interfaces are compatible. The technical assessment reviews what can be connected and what needs changes.

How do I avoid depending on a single manufacturer?

When the project allows it, open or widely supported equipment and protocols are preferred, and the design defines which manufacturers are involved.

How much can be saved and how is it measured?

Savings depend on the building, its schedules and how its systems are used, so no figure is promised. Meters make it possible to follow consumption by area before and after automation.

Can it be implemented in phases?

Yes, as long as the design plans for it: you can start with one area or one system and expand later. The phased plan is defined in the proposal.

Who provides support after commissioning?

Support and maintenance are agreed in the proposal and can be combined with TESERCOM 24/7 maintenance and support, as specified in the contracted scope.

Frequently asked questions: residential automation

What happens if internet or electrical power fails?

Local functions, such as lights or scenes, can keep working without internet if the design runs them in the controller itself. Remote control and notifications may be interrupted. During a power outage, operation depends on the installed backup.

Is the system wired or wireless?

It depends on the home and the equipment. Wiring is more stable and wireless is easier to install. It is decided in the assessment.

Can it be expanded later?

Yes, as long as the chosen equipment allows it. It is best to define from the start which systems could be added.

Is it compatible with Apple Home, Google Home or Amazon Alexa?

Many devices are, but it depends on each device and the chosen controller. It is confirmed during design.

How are my data and access protected?

Your own users and passwords are configured and remote access is limited to the people you authorize.

What maintenance does it need?

Usually periodic checks, updates and sensor battery replacement, depending on the equipment. Support is agreed in the proposal.
